CONSULTEX SRL is a private company founded in 1989 by Mr Francisco Cighetti (25 years of experience as export manager of one of the leading manufacturer of butt-welding fittings).

1992
: CONSULTEX has founded the French Subsidiary CONSULTEX-FRANCE in Paris (France) in order to facilitate the commercialization of CONSULTEX products in north of Europe.
1996
: CONSULTEX has acquired shop of the company TEXAS SRL specialised in the welded production of conical reducers, lateral tees aand welded special fittingsas flow.tees-spools and so on.
1998
: CONSULTEX has created the new company C.T.F. (Consultex - Tramelli Fittings) obtained with the acquisition of the old company Tramelli Fittings fot machining of B.W.Fittings with the new shop in Castel San Giovanni (Piacenza, Italia) (4.000 square meters of area) with N.12 bevelling machines.
